Our Open-Door Policy Extends All the Way to the CEO
Our Executive Management Team, Program/Project Managers, Team Leaders, and every manager in our company has been handpicked for their fair and equitable treatment of employees. However, sometimes workplace issues can only be resolved at the top. For this reason, the CEO has implemented an open-door policy that encourages every member of the company to bring pressing issues to his attention if they cannot be resolved with their immediate supervisors.
Incidentally, use of the open-door policy is encouraged for all issues related to fraud, waste, and abuse.
